Ever since buying a nebulizer from Saje Wellness a few months ago, I have been hooked. Now, I know that name sounds intimidating, but it really isn’t at all. A nebulizer simply diffuses essential oil into the air via water vapour. According to Saje’s website, nebulizers reduce dust and other common allergens from the air. Their nebulizers use an ultrasonic, heat-free system to diffuse the essential oil atoms into the air along with negatively-charged ions. The system is totally safe – it does not use any heat and turns off automatically when the water level gets too low.
Nebulizers purify your air through the water vapour; reducing the allergens and humidifying the air. The negatively-charged ions are said to reduce headaches, mental fatigue, improve breathing and sleep by increasing the flow of oxygen to the brain. This little nebulizer has such tremendous benefits that I had to get one for myself. There are also the added benefits of whichever diffuser blend you use in the nebulizer.
The oils that I currently use (also from Saje) are stress relief, goddess, and celebrate. The nebulizer I purchased is the AromaGeni; their cheapest model. Although it was on the lower price end, it still packs a punch with an 80mL water tank that can run for approximately 3 hours. They have nebulizers that can run up to 20 hours, have different settings (low vs high), and that can cover different square footage.

Goddess is an earthy blend of orange, palmarosa, rose, indian neroli, jasmine & champa essential oils. The intentions of this oil are said best in the words of Saje themselves:
Enjoy soothing calm and relaxation while celebrating the delights of womanliness. Essential oil of ylang ylang, known to “awaken femininity,” helps balance hormones. A known aphrodisiac, neroli essential oil helps instill feelings of peace and harmony. Essential oil of the delicate jasmine flower, or “Queen of the Night,” warms the emotions, encourages feelings of confidence, and is thought to increase attraction. Rose, the queen of all oils, symbolizes love and purity, and comforts the heart like no other oil can. A known aphrodisiac, the aroma of rose increases a woman’s feelings of self-worth. All-natural Goddess diffuser blend stimulates a subtle sense of euphoria as you connect to your femininity.
Stress release is a beautiful blend of lavender, orange, roman chamomile, clary sage, geranium, myrtle, and vetiver essential oils. This scent is my favourite as I tend to be a balled-up person; meaning that I hold in all of my stress. This scent forces me to release some of the tension and is what I almost always have in my nebulizer before bed. This blend of essential is intended to calm nerves, allowing you to slip into deep relaxation. I recommend this scent to everyone.
This diffuser blend contains essential oils of lemon, orange, grapefruit, bergamot, tangerine, frankincense, mandarin, myrrh, clove bud, and cinnamon. This is a great every-day oil that I also put in my essential oil necklace to wear around my neck all day. This blend is intended to be homey and welcoming. This blend eases stress and tension, uplifts, and brings comfort.
Saje has so many diffuser blends and essential oils that I am just itching to go back and splurge on more. However, I have resolved this year to control my finances and splurging does not fit into any scenario. Therefore, I must wait until my current scents run out before I buy new ones; which may be a while because although they are only 10mL oils, all your diffuser needs is 3-4 drops in order to do it’s job (not the 10 that the manual recommends, I tried that and the scent was so concentrated and overpowering that I felt sick). Obviously, the larger the room, the more drops necessary, but for my bedroom, 3-4 drops sure does the trick.
