I have a bad travel bug. I am always looking to go somewhere new and exciting, however, I have a regular 9-5 job like everyone else and I am not looking to quit anytime soon. I envy the people who save up money and quit their jobs to travel the world, but I am not one of those people. So, I came up with a few ways to squash the travel bug without actually traveling.
Ever since buying a nebulizer from Saje Wellness a few months ago, I have been hooked. Now, I know that name sounds intimidating, but it really isn’t at all. A nebulizer simply diffuses essential oil into the air via water vapour. According to Saje’s website, nebulizers reduce dust and other common allergens from the air. Their nebulizers use an ultrasonic, heat-free system to diffuse the essential oil atoms into the air along with negatively-charged ions. The system is totally safe – it does not use any heat and turns off automatically when the water level gets too low.
NYC is an amazing culinary adventure. There are thousands of places where you could sit your butt down and eat a fantastic meal and that can get overwhelming very quickly. So I thought I would share with you some of the places that I have been and would return to in a heartbeat.
I am jumping back onto the travel blog posts and thought I would share how me and my friends spent our 3 nights in Venice.
Like most of you reading this, I too am new to meditation. I have been meditating now for 1 year (off and on) and still consider myself new to the practice. I find it continuously hard to take time out of my day to meditate which is why I started the New Year, New Mind Meditation Challenge. I want to make meditating a part of my daily routine in order to better my mind. Meditating isn’t easy for anyone as it’s difficult to clear the mind, so I thought I would share some tips as to how I get into the meditation mindset. We are on day 11 which means you should be meditating for a total of 5 and a half minutes today!
