I am jumping back onto the travel blog posts and thought I would share how me and my friends spent our 3 nights in Venice.
When I first decided I was going to Italy, I made two promises to myself. I promised that I would get the best deal and I promised that I would be in the moment the whole trip. Well, I kept both of those promises, but I will be talking about the best deal part in this post.
Now let’s get right down to it.
Pescara. Is. Stunning.
That statement is about as clear as I can get. Pescara’s beaches are a slice of heaven; a step away from the bustle of the city. This was by far our favourite destination on the trip, largely due to the fact that this is where I was visiting family I had not seen in years and that it was nice break from the days of constant walking and go-go-go. We had 3 days of rest and relaxation that was much needed in order to charge our batteries for the days we had ahead of us in Rome.
So today I thought I would get a little personal in my blog post and share with you all why I travel. I know what some of you are thinking: “Obviously you travel to see new places.” Well that’s partly the reason but there are so many other things about travelling that entice me.
Before we booked our trip to Italy, me and my friends knew that we needed to add an extra day in a city to fill out our trip. We decided to add an extra day to Rome in order to see the beautiful island of Capri.
